ARTIST’S STATEMENT EN

In my paintings, I raise the subject of spiritual condition of women in the modern world. I’m interested in the relationship between art, magic and mysticism, which for me is an integral part of life’s journey.

As an advocate of methods of deep transformation, I explore the essence of focusing on the inner development of the individual and learning about oneself through spiritual practices, working with myths and elemental energies. Through the power of cyclical rituals, i.e. Full Moon Ceremony, Conscious Dreaming, Sitting in the Circle, coming into deep contact with my body, I strive to overcome the automaticity of human life and release hidden potential from it.

My work is full of symbols. To enhance the message and energetic value of the paintings, I use powerful female archetypes, symbolised by goddesses from Sumerian, Greek, Hindu or Tibetan mythology.

My works are talismans designed to stimulate the feminine energy within each of us and encourage us to overcome the depths of the unconscious, for only in this way can we achieve true wholeness. Marion Woodman, a Jungian analyst, claimed that , ‘we must move from the literal to the metaphorical if the soul is to flourish’, and art is the best medicine for this.

W swojej malarskiej twórczości poruszam temat kondycji duchowej kobiety we współczesnym świecie. Interesuje mnie styczność sztuki, magii i mistyki, które są dla mnie nieodłącznym elementem życiowej drogi.

Jako zwolenniczka metod głębokiej transformacji, badam istotę skupienia na rozwoju wewnętrznym jednostki i poznawania siebie poprzez praktyki duchowe, pracę z mitami i energiami żywiołów. Dzięki mocy cyklicznych rytuałów, tj. Ceremonia Pełni Księżyca, Świadome śnienie, Zasiadanie w Kręgu, wchodząc w głęboki kontakt ze swoim ciałem, staram się pokonywać automatyzm życia ludzkiego i uwalniać z niego ukryty potencjał.

Moja twórczość pełna jest symboli. By wzmocnić przekaz i wartość energetyczną obrazów korzystam z potężnych kobiecych archetypów, symbolizowanych przez boginie z mitologii sumeryjskiej, greckiej, hinduskiej, czy tybetańskiej.

Moje prace są talizmanami, które mają za zadanie pobudzać kobiecą energię w każdym z nas i zachęcać do przezwyciężania głębin nieświadomości, bo tylko w ten sposób możemy osiągnąć prawdziwą pełnię. Marion Woodman, analityczka jungowska twierdziła, że ,,musimy przejść z tego co dosłowne do tego co metaforyczne, jeżeli dusza ma rozkwitnąć”, a sztuka jest na to najlepszym lekarstwem.
