ARTIST’S STATEMENT EN

My artistic work is an invitation to a world before patriarchy, a time when the Goddess was the beginning of everything, and life and death were part of a spiral cycle of existence. I draw on the figurines of Old European culture, mythical tales, and the symbolism of the Great Goddess to breathe new life into them and encourage a bold return to the source. I create ceramic talismans and painted stories that remind us that the body, nature, and spirituality are inextricably intertwined. I treat my creative process as a ritual, an act of recovering the memory encoded in clay, paint, blood, and stars.

Moja twórczość artystyczna to zaproszenie do świata sprzed patriarchatu, czasu, w którym Bogini była początkiem wszystkiego, a życie i śmierć stanowiły część spiralnego cyklu istnienia. Sięgam po figurki kultury Starej Europy, mityczne opowieści i symbolikę Wielkiej Bogini, by tchnąć w nie nową formę i zachęcić do odważnego powrotu do źródła. Tworzę ceramiczne talizmany i malarskie opowieści, które przypominają, że ciało, natura i duchowość są ze sobą nierozerwalnie splecione. Mój proces twórczy traktuję jak rytuał, akt odzyskiwania pamięci zakodowanej w glinie, farbie, krwi i gwiazdach.
